Each individual may hold only one active BN5 account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same name, same CNIC, same device, same IP address or same payment method — is a violation of these Terms and will result in all duplicate accounts being suspended. Any balances held in duplicate accounts may be voided at BN5's discretion.
When registering, you are required to provide accurate and complete information including your full name, date of birth, email address and a valid mobile number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. BN5 may reject or suspend any account where registration details are found to be false, incomplete or unverifiable.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your BN5 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. BN5 will treat all activity carried out using your login credentials as having been authorised by you. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact BN5 customer support immediately.
BN5 recommends enabling two-factor authentication where available and using a strong, unique password that you do not use on other websites or applications.
All deposits on BN5 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). BN5 supports the following deposit methods:

BN5 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or unusually large amounts. This is a security measure designed to protect player funds and is not intended to cause undue delay to legitimate withdrawal requests.

For PSL and international cricket matches, match winner bets require the full match to be completed under Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) rules or equivalent for rain-affected games to stand. Minimum overs requirements for reduced matches are displayed per market. Top batsman and top bowler markets are settled based on official scorecard data from the relevant cricket board.
All slot and casino games available on BN5 use certified random number generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. BN5 does not influence game outcomes and game results are determined entirely by the RNG software provided by the game developers whose content is hosted on the platform.
Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot and casino games are available within the game information panel. RTP figures represent theoretical long-run averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome in any individual session or spin.
Live casino games are operated by third-party live dealer providers. The rules for each live casino game are displayed within the game interface and are governed by the specific game variant rules in addition to these Terms.
BN5 is not responsible for any disconnection during a game session caused by the player's internet connection, device or power failure. Where a disconnection occurs during an active game round, the round outcome will be determined by the platform and settled according to normal game rules. Bets that were in progress at the time of disconnection will not be refunded on grounds of disconnection alone.
BN5 operates a five-tier VIP Programme — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond — available to eligible registered players. VIP tier progression is based on wagering activity over a defined rolling period. The thresholds for each tier are communicated within the VIP Programme section of the platform.
VIP membership benefits including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, personal account manager access and exclusive promotional offers are subject to the player maintaining the qualifying wagering level for their respective tier. Tiers are reviewed periodically and players may move up or down based on their activity level.
VIP benefits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash except where specifically stated (e.g. cashback credited as real balance), and are subject to BN5's right to modify, suspend or terminate the VIP Programme with reasonable notice. All players are expected to use BN5 in good faith and in accordance with these Terms. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:
BN5 monitors platform activity for patterns consistent with the above prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, BN5 may temporarily restrict account withdrawals and certain features pending the outcome. Players found to have engaged in prohibited conduct have no right to recover voided bonuses or associated winnings.
BN5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraud, non-compliance with KYC requirements or regulatory obligations.
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting BN5 customer support. Before closure, any pending withdrawals of verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed to your registered payment method.
Players who have self-excluded may not request reactivation during the self-exclusion period. Requests to reactivate a self-excluded account will not be processed until the exclusion period has fully elapsed and a cooling-off confirmation has been completed.
